Road Trip of the Living Dead by Mark Henry
Zombie friend Wendy and vampire pal Gil join Amanda on a road trip for her to see her sick mother. The mother she doesn't even care to see but maybe should see the wicked woman named Ethel before she pushes daisies.
The supernatural gang grab a sketchy Winnebago probably much like this one to the right, and hit the pavement. Of course nothing would be exciting if they didn't bump into a guy who eats fish hooks, a hunky werewolf cop, a creature taking human hearts, and some neo-Nazi skinheads. Amanda is just trying to go see her mother but of course mysteries need to be solved along the way.
Again I laughed my pants off with the strange events and raunchy commentary. Amanda's thoughts are still presented in footnotes. I still can't get over how dirty, disgusting, and funny this book was. i'm not one to read "dirty" novels but since this involved zombies, I couldn't resist giving it a try. Now I enjoy this book better than the first mostly because it seemed more action occurred and you already know most of the characters.
