Control your dog!

Tonight I was at the dog park with my boo and pup and you always have those moments of either your dog being a total weirdo or someone else's dog wanting to get ruff *teehee* with yours. Now Dexter is a wee Minpin but he can be tough if needed but really he is such a sweet little wuss. But if you want your dog to be controlled and even more scary get the werewolf/zombie dog muzzle!


As if seeing dogs with a muzzle on wasn't already a stigma, might as well slap this sucker on! Just like Geekologie said wearing this probably will get you kicked out of a dog park (or anywhere) or a few phone calls to the authorities.

Puppy Dress Up

 If you don't pay attention to my twitter then you won't know why I haven't been the greatest blogger lately. I got a puppy!!! Dexter is taking up all my time being super cute and teething. He noms me to death, likes to pee on the floor, and little humping action happens from time to time. This MinPin is one crazy pup. 

Speaking of crazy, dressing up dogs is something people love to do. So if I am to ever do so I better do it with class. A zombie puppy costume for your puppy seems like a little redundant but still looks funny and adorable. 

If that wasn't enough, the zombie lawn gnomes can inspire a great look for your pooch.

Local reporter is Zombie for a day

In Saskatoon, SK, Canada, StarPheonix reporter Stephanie McKay experienced being a zombie for a day. So what does a zombie do in a day? Eat brains? Turns out there is more to being a zombie than brains. 

"The day started like most human days. I got out of bed. Zombies don't need to sleep but they still enjoy a little downtime. After a quick breakfast - Mini Wheats, don't worry; I still need my fibre - I headed to work."

"Then I hit the streets in search of a story. I often get strange looks from passersby."

"When I took the bus, the living didn't seem to notice me. "

"I shuffled to the mall for a little shopping because my outfit had got awfully bloody. But within 15 minutes, a pair of security guards approached me and my photographer and asked us to leave."

"I then did a little grocery shopping. I try to get by on organ meats and fish heads. Luckily, those items aren't very popular."

Most likely accompanying Silent Hill nurses are these hats and nurse band with vials. These items were available on Etsy by SkinzNhydez but is seems they are gone, just like my soundless sleeps I had before ever seeing Silent Hill nurses and their faceless heads.

Zombie Wonder Woman

Guess Wonder Woman isn't that Wonder(ful) after all. Zombies got her and looks like they took her clothes. Really folks! Look closely. That is painted on I am sure. She has more than a little paint on her nip nip there. Glad to see that she still looks good dead! I am guessing healing abilities don't work once you become dead, hey there WW? Also, this proves you are not immortal. HA HA!

Sask Prep Camp Makes the News

Doggy watch out!

Back in March we mentioned that in May Saskatchewan was to have its it's first Zombie Prep Camp. It did. And it was a hit! It received a two page in one of Saskatoon's newspapers The Verb (pg.4 & 5).  They made it into loads of papers and sources on the net including yours truly. The camp made a Facebook page and posted TONS of pictures from the May long weekend (I'm featuring some of them now). 

 The camp was like none other. A mess hall, morning activities (yoga stretches), archery, fire building class, first defense class, and other fitness and survival classes all with zombies looming near by.
