Social Media turning us into Zombies

Seems every thing around us is a zombie, even our social media having is creating us into zombies. Social media can be very addictive and obsessive over everything else we do. We have this need to check constantly what is going on, posting every little thing we do to the point we are glued to our screens, drooling over the next thing to post or see posted.
